Product Instructions:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat and firm ground with a coefficient of friction (such as cement ground), and the ground should be flat and not slip. If the ground is smooth, please place an anti friction rubber pad on it. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the four machine heels of the instrument are completely in contact with the ground to avoid deviation and slipping during high-speed operation of the instrument.
2. The environment where the instrument is placed should be clean and tidy, with moderate temperature and good ventilation.
3. To ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
4. After the container is installed, turn on the power and turn on the power switch. Set working parameters (working time, working speed, etc.). For specific operating instructions, please refer to the "User Manual for Brushless Motor Controller" (attached separately with the manual).
5. Regarding speed control: When starting, the speed should be gradually increased from small to large, and should not be set too fast all at once. To extend the service life of the machine, it is recommended to use it at a medium speed within 200rpm (using it at a medium speed within the speed range can extend the service life of the instrument).
7. Before each shutdown, all control switches should be in a non working state and the power should be cut off.

5. It is strictly prohibited to move the machine during normal operation.
6. It is strictly prohibited for objects to collide with the machine.
7. Children are strictly prohibited from approaching the machine to prevent accidents.
8. Before replacing the fuse, ensure that the power supply has been cut off.
9. After use, please clean the machine without leaving any water droplets or dirt residue.
7、 Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Proper use and maintenance of instruments can prolong their service life by keeping them in good working condition.
2. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets, dirt, or other debris falling onto the motor and control components; Check if there is any dirt inside the tray; Check fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
3. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
4. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose or cracked, heating and constant temperature are abnormal, electronic control components fail, etc., our company will continue to provide high-quality service and assist in handling them.
